Have you ever considered combining your passion for cycling with a New-Year’s eve party? Now you can, thanks to a new event organized by Witoor called “Ride to Capodanno”.

From December 29th, 2018 to January 1st, 2019, Witoor is organizing a three-day ride on a 365-km long route, as many kilometres as there are days in a year, to shake everything off by riding: to make it to midnight, when it’s out with the old and in with the new. On a bike all the way.

The rendezvous for the first edition of the Ride to Capodanno will be on Saturday, December 29th, 2018, at the Kinotto Bar, in Bologna. That same day we will ride 62km; then on Sunday the 30th we will cover 163km, then the final stage on Monday, December 31st will be 140 km long. The ride will make its final arrival at the Osteria Casalino di Sopra, in the province of Forlì-Cesena in the Apennines.

“An event like “Ride to Capodanno” is a perfect example of the cycling values behind Selle San Marco,” says Marketing Manager for Selle San Marco, Paolo Frison. “Cycling is seen mainly as a fun activity, sharing a passion with one’s friends and family, but especially a sport that is accessible to everyone, professionals and amateurs alike. Being able to ride on New-Year’s eve in a unique setting and then meeting up at midnight to ring in the New Year together will really be a once in a lifetime occasion for all true cycling fans.”
